May and June were two great months for reselling, with plenty of opportunities to make lots of profit with big releases such as the Yeezy Boost 350 v2 Black, the debut of the Sacai x Nike collection, Fear of God releasing some heat and much much more.

Members in the Six Figure Sneakerhead Private Cook Group and readers of our Hypemaster Playbook did especially well on these releases, with over 150 pairs of Black Yeezys copped by around 70 members, an average of more than 2 pairs per person. July is looking quite good too, with some low key cooks and some high heat too.

Let’s check out this list of summer shoes that are sure to heat up the fit or the bank account:

1. Supreme/Swarovski/Nike Air Max 95 (Black, Red and Blue CWs) – Release date: Thursday, July 4th 2019

Retail: $500

Peak Resell: $800

Potential Profit: $300

We start off July with a crazy collaboration. New York based streetwear brand Supreme, will be collaborating with jeweller Swarovski and sportswear giant Nike to create 3 new colourways of the classic Air Max 95. Each shoe will be embedded with Swarovski crystals, which is why the retail is so high.

Supreme have already collaborated with Swarovski this year for their 25th anniversary, where they created a series of box logo tees and hoodies. Even though the retail is very high on these sneakers, make sure to try and cop as the profit on them will be worth the initial investment. They will be releasing online on supremenewyork.com, and most likely on Nike’s SNKRS too.

2. Nike Air Jordan 5 ‘Michigan’ -Release date: Friday, July 5th 2019

Retail: $225

Peak Resell: $400

Potential Profit: $175

This sneaker, which is very similar to the Friends and Family only version which was released last year, is made to honour the legendary ‘Fab Five’ squad from the University of Michigan. This yellow and navy Jordan 5 will definitely be a hit between sneakerheads worldwide. Make sure to go for the smaller sizes in these, as they are looking the best for reselling.

3. Yeezy Boost 350 v2 ‘Lundmark Reflective’ – Release date: Thursday, July 11th 2019

Retail: $220

Peak Resell: $1200

Potential Profit: $980

Yeezy season continues, this time with the American region exclusive ‘Lundmark Reflective’ colourway. Reflective yeezys have always been incredibly difficult to obtain, and that is sure to continue with this American exclusive. For example, the ‘European’ exclusive Antlia Reflective colourway released solely in London and Moscow. I expect resale on this pair to be extremely high, so good luck copping!

Retail: $220

Peak Resell: $400

Potential Profit: $180

The ‘Lundmark’ colourway will also be releasing in it’s standard, non-reflective form 3 days after the release of the reflective pair. Although the margin won’t be quite as high as the reflective pair, they will be much easier to cop, and will still have a great margin considering how much easier it will be to buy them. Make sure to stock up on sizes 4-6.5 as they will perform the best.

5. Nike x Atmos “Animal Pack” 3.0 (3 CW: Giraffe, Cow, Leopard) – Release date: Saturday, July 13th 2019

Retail: $230

Peak Resell: $300+

Potential Profit: $70

Atmos is known for pumping out some of the hottest collabs with Nike, including some like the legendary Air Max 1 Premium “Atmos”, which goes for nearly $1000 on sites like Flightclub.

In typical Atmos fashion and on the coveted Air Max 1 silhouette, we’re seeing a drop of 3 pairs of animal themed prints.

The last time Atmos dropped an Animal Pack (the 2.0) in 2018, resale value was as high as $500 at one point, settling down near $300-$350 now.

The 3.0 is set to be a hot drop but won’t have quite as high resale value as its predecessor–look forward to a Japan only drop on July 12th followed by an Atmos app drop on July 13th, and a wider release for Europe and USA TBA.

6. Nike Air Max 1 Tinker “Schematic”: 2 CW Black, White- Release date: Saturday, July 13th 2019

Retail: $150

Peak Resell: $300

Potential Profit: $150

The genius mainstay designer for Nike, particularly for its Jordan brand, Tinker Hatfield, has been coming back into the spotlight over the past recent years with notable collaborations with his name on it.

This month, we got news of a “Schematic” colorway in addition to the “Sketch”, both of which show off Hatfield’s tinkering process, and both on the legendary Air Max 1 silhouette.

The “Sketch” is hyped but is not quite as limited as the “Schematic”, which will resell at peak for about double the retail price. You’ll have two different chances to get these in black or white variations.

7. Nike x Sacai Waffle (3 CW: Dark Grey, Light Grey, Purple) – Release date: Thursday, July 18th 2019

Retail: $155

Peak Resell: $450

Potential Profit: $295

Japanese fashion brand Sacai and Nike can’t stop making beautiful sneakers which appeal to sneakerheads, hypebeasts, and people interested in high fashion. This time, they will release 3 new colourways of the hit ‘Waffle’ sneaker.

After the last two colourways performed exceptionally well, considering their low retail price, I expect these to do similarly well. Any size will do well with these, with smaller sizes performing slightly better.

8. Travis Scott x Nike Air Jordan 6 – Release date: TBA July 2019

Retail: $250

Peak Resell: $450

Potential Profit: $200

Travis Scott is on top of the world at the moment, from having a #1 hit album, to having a huge global tour, to having a contender for sneaker of the year released already and finally to selling out a collaboration with Reese’s Puffs, it’s safe to say anything with Travis’ name on it will resell well. Make sure to pick up these sneakers when they release, rumoured to be sometime this month.

9. Nike x Travis Scott Air Jordan 1 Low  – Release date: 19th/20th July 2019

Retail: $150

Peak Resell: $900

Potential Profit: $750

Another last minute addition, Travis Scott can’t stop making hit after hit in his collaboration with Nike. These Jordan 1 Lows are set to hit his own site on the 19th, followed by a SNKRS release on the 20th. This will then be followed by a general release in retailers worldwide in the future. Good luck trying to cop these – they will be tough to cop but the profit margins look sky high!

10. Parra x Nike SB Dunk Low -Release date: Friday, July 26th 2019

Retail: $150

Peak Resell: $400

Potential Profit: $250

Another last second, mid month announcement and confirmation, the colorful Parra x Nike SB is one of the top sneakers of this month.

Be on the lookout for a full article regarding how to best get these if these are one of the few you’re going after (update: we just published that article here

Resale value is set to be solid for these.

11. Nike x FOG Air Fear of God 1 Yellow – Release date: Saturday, July 27th 2019 (TBC)

sneakernews

Retail: $350

Peak Resell: $450

Potential Profit: $100

Fear of God and Nike are also another collaboration which continues to release heat every month. This yellow pair may not perform as well as some of the more low key colourways such as the light bone or black, but the Air Fear of God 1 silhouette is always profitable. The margin may not be too high, but I expect these to be slightly easier to cop than the past Fear of God releases.

This month is packed with plenty of high heat releases. Make sure to enter plenty of raffles for these shoes so you have the best chance of copping. I recommend picking up as many smaller sizes of Lundmarks as possible, as these will certainly perform well in the resale market, and will also rise over time.

If you cop 1 pair of each shoe from this list, it would cost you around $2500. If you sold them all for their peak resale value, you would receive around $5100. This means you would receive around $2600 in pure profit.

Not bad for copping 10 pairs of sneakers, right? Members of the Six Figure Sneakerhead Private Cook Group, as well as owners of the newly updated Hypemaster’s Playbook will be making plenty of money this month for sure, as we have readers and members knowledgable enough to cop multiple pairs.

This article will be updated periodically with new releases as they are announced (we’ve already added 3 since publishing this on July 1). Make sure to check back here often (or subscribe to our IG and email list) to see if there’s any new chances to make money!

Hope you have a great July,

Alex
