To give you a better idea of the sneaker resale market and its trends, we are debuting weekly recap articles.

Let us know what you think!

We’ll begin this weekly market recap by taking a look at some of the hottest kicks that dropped this week!

First up, the Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 Zyon

Yeezy adds another colorway of its most well-known design with the Adidas Yeezy 350 Zyon.

This 350 V2 bears a similar pattern as the Static colorway, only this time ditching a white side stripe and grey accents for a darker brown stripe and mocha hues.

This Yeezy 350 V2 is composed of a Zyon Primeknit upper with a dark tonal side stripe. A translucent Boost cushioned sole and cream interior completes the design.

This sneaker released on July 18th ad so far has performed similarly to previous 350s that we’ve seen in the past.

Although the Static 350 has a similar colorway, it performed better in the resell market. As we’ve discussed in previous Market Recaps, this is due to the fact that the first version always sells for more.

The fact that the Static was the first 350 of this colorway creates more hype and therefore more resell value.

Despite that, the Zyon has still turned out profitable with over 450 sales and an average resale price of $319 on StockX.

With a retail price of $220, any reseller able to get their hands on these would be lucky!

Next up, the Jordan 1 Mid White University Red (W).

This offering of the mid-Air Jordan 1 features an all-White leather upper with perforated toes, matching mesh tongues, and rubber soles.

Highlighting the shoe are University Red Swooshes, Jumpman branding on the tongue, and Wings logo.

Over the past couple of years, we’ve seen Jordan mids start to make a big dent in the sneaker game.

Not only are mids on the come up – so are women shoes. Whether this is due to more women in the sneaker game or companies like Nike putting out more women’s sneakers, I have no idea.

But what I do know is women’s sneakers are starting to sell out and resell for profits – something we hadn’t seen a couple years ago.

The Jordan 1 Mid White University Red released on July 15th and had a retail price of $100.

With just under 60 sales on StockX, this sneaker has managed to gain an average resale price of $166, a decent profit for any reseller.

Thirdly, the Jordan 1 Low Black Cactus Flower (W)

Always in, always fresh. The Air Jordan 1 Low “Cactus Flower” Women’s Shoe sets you up with a piece of Jordan history and heritage that’s comfortable all day.

Choose the colors for your outfit, then step out in the iconic profile that’s built with a high-end mix of materials and encapsulated Air in the heel.

The color codes for this sneaker are simply white, black, and purple.

Here we have another women shoe but this time it comes in the form of a Jordan 1 Low. Which, like mids, have also been picking up.

I think we’ve come to a point where people just want to see different styles and shapes of sneakers that we haven’t seen before.

People are getting bored of seeing Jordan 1 high and now expanding their reach to the lows and mids.

With Travis Scott releasing a Jordan 1 Low and the classic Jordan 1 high colorways being converted, people are now seeing the Jordan 1 low as a viable alternative. With lower retail and lower resell, they are a great pair to beat up.

In terms of reselling for the Air Jordan 1 Low “Cactus Flower”, we’ve seen 17 sales on StockX with an average resale price of $138, not bad for the $90 retail that the Jordan low bares.

Finally, the Juice WRLD X VLONE Collaboration.

This week the late Juice WRLD who died on December 8, 2019, released a new album titled Legends Never Die.

The album was a hit with many using it to commemorate Juice WRLD as his death was so early and unexpected.

VLONE, a popular streetwear brand, collaborated with Juice and released some clothing items. We’ll show a picture of each item with the retail, # of sales, and average resell price listed.
