Nike Air Force 1| Craft
After years of focusing on running shoes, officials at Nike considered it a gamble to enter the basketball game. They had simply never produced many basketball performance sneakers before. In the end, however, it all paid off.
Bruce Kilgore was the mind behind the Air Force 1 for which he took inspiration from the Nike hiking boot. Kilgore’s design was so high-tech at the time that it’s still used in Nike sneakers today.
After releasing it in 1984, Nike decided to discontinue the sneaker. The AJ1, however, was so popular, demand practically forced Nike to bring it back in 1986. Air Force 1 released in multiple colorways and has been the canvas for a few popular collaborations.
After various new designs, in 2007, Nike released a slightly tweaked new Air Force 1 in the Air Force 1 ’07 Craft. The minor details included the change in materials and branding on the tongue, heel tabs, and upper.

This sneaker features a premium white leather upper with a perforated white toe box. On the lateral sides, the only contrast is provided by the textured ‘Swoosh’ and obsidian heel tabs on the rear that forego any branding. The only branding is featured on the insoles and “AF1” branding below the heel tabs.
The average selling price currently around $120 or even lower. Although they have been sold for almost $200, these Air Force 1s are not particularly profitable and can be found for discounted prices. The Nike Air Force 1 Craft “Mantra Orange” may likely have a similar resale value.

This brand new Air Force 1 Low follows the AF1 White Obsidian and the Ridgerock colorways. They Feature premium materials such as the white tumbled leather upper with orange suede overlay.
Apart from the white upper, the heel tabs are devoid of any branding and feature a suede orange overlay. Just below them, you’ll find “AF1” printed in a Forest Green color that also appears in the same color on the tongue’s orange graphics.
Inside, a white insole is contrasted by a Forest “Air Force I” branding while a sail midsole and outsole complete the look.
Estimated Resell Value
I believe the Nike Air Force 1 ’07 Craft Mantra Orange might just sell out. On the other hand, they might actually not be profitable at all similar to the other colorways.
Using my estimated resell value of $120, you’re more likely to lose money by selling these kicks. On the bright side, if you want one in a personal size you can probably cop one for discounted prices!
