First up, the Jordan 1 Retro High Dark Mocha

Jordan Brand continued their Black Toe design theme in 2020 and released the Jordan 1 High Dark Mocha.

The Dark Mocha 1 was one of the most anticipated releases in 2020 due to its familiar color blocking that referenced two of the greatest Jordan 1s of all-time, the Jordan 1 Travis Scott and the Jordan 1 Black Toe.

The upper of the Jordan 1 High Dark Mocha features a Sail leather base with black leather surrounding the toe box and Mocha suede on the heel and ankle.

A black leather Swoosh, Jordan Wings logo on the ankle and Nike Air branding on the tongue pays homage to the brand that can be found on the original 1985 Jordan 1.

A Sail midsole and black outsole complete this Black Toe design.

As eluded to earlier, the Jordan 1 Retro High Dark Mocha is really similar to the Jordan 1 Travis Scott. Unfortunately, we didn’t see a prestigious rapper donning the Mochas, but the resell value has been really positive.

With over 700 sales on the StockX Marketplace, the Jordan 1 Retro High Dark Mocha has racked up a price premium of 126.5% and an average resale price of $375.

With a $170 price tag, these sneakers definitely made you a couple hundred in profit!

Next up, the Jordan 5 Retro OFF-WHITE Sail

Virgil Abloh added a second colorway to his Jordan 5 collaboration with the Jordan 5 Retro High Off-White Sail.

This release pays homage to the first Jordan that Virgil ever owned, the Air Jordan 5. In signature fashion, Virgil has reimagined this classic silhouette in a way that embraces the importance of Nike Air technology.

This Jordan 5 is comprised of a sail textile mesh upper with translucent netted panels and circular window inserts throughout the shoe.

3M reflective tongues, fire red Jordan branding, and an aged translucent outsole complete the design.

Of course, an Off-White release saw some great numbers on the resell market. With almost 400 sales on the StockX platform, the Jordan 5 Retro Off-White Sail has racked up a price premium of 211.1% and an average resale price of $734.

With a retail price of $225, this shoe for sure made you at least $300-$400 this week! And if you were lucky enough to get a couple of pairs, you’d be in for a huge profit!

Finally, the Nike Dunk High Slam Jam White Black

The Nike Dunk High has seen a strong comeback in 2020 and the Italian boutique, Slam Jam, continues to add to that strength with their collaboration.

Slam Jam is no stranger to partnering with Nike, as the shop has worked on silhouettes such as the Blazer Mid ‘77 and Air Force 1.

In 2020, they came together again to work their magic on one of the most talked-about silhouettes of the new decade.

The Nike Dunk Slam Jam White Black features a combination of leather, nubuck, and rubber materials to make up the upper.

The signature Swoosh has a translucent gummy-like texture to match the black midsole.

To continue their flipped Swoosh theme that they incorporate on earlier Nike projects, Slam Jam adds an upside-down “Nike” logo to the tongue tag.

In terms of reselling for the Nike Dunk High Slam Jam White Black, again we saw some great numbers!
With 22 sales on the StockX Marketplace, the Nike Dunk High Slam Jam White Black has racked up a price premium of 197.5% and an average resale price of $426.

With a retail price of $120, you definitely made some solid profit with this pickup.
