Welcome back everyone–it’s already the ninth month of sneaker releases this year.

If you don̵7;t know by now, every month is a good month for flipping kicks, especially in 2020, although some vary in opportunity.

For September, we have another run of profitable Dunks as well as other one off Nike drops and the occasional odd Yeezy!

We hope you’re handling the year well…if anything, we are learning from uncertainty, and these environments are an excellent catalyst for growth.

Alright…let’s jump straight to it with the full list.

Retail: $100

Peak Projected Resale: $750

Potential Profit per pair: $650

SB’s have been a hit this year, with notables like the Ben and Jerry’s model hitting highs of up to $2000 per pair.

A long overdue classic Chicago palette on the SBs will be welcomed with insane hunger by the community, so getting a pair might take some advanced techniques.

2. Nike SB Dunk Low Ceramic: Release date- Tuesday, September 1st

Retail: $100

Peak Projected Resale: $350

Potential Profit per pair: $250

Signalling the incoming of fall are the suede accented “Ceramic” dunk lows that are looking super cozy.

The SNKRs app will be a good bet–take a look here to figure out whether or not botting is worth it with Nike nowadays.

3. Nike Air Jordan 1 Hi Tokyo “Bio Hack”: Release date- Friday, September 4th

Retail: $170

Peak Projected Resale: $350

Potential Profit per pair: $180

Who knew such an interesting combo of colors would pop in just the right way.

The “Bio Hack”‘s organized chaos of neon contrasted with darker hues is a direct tribute to Tokyo, and the buzz is real.

Go for smaller sizes for the best profit for either the quick flip or the long hold.

4. Nike Dunk Low Disrupt: Release date- Friday, September 4th

resell-shoes-how-to-make-money-high-value

Retail: $110

Peak Projected Resale: $180-$250

Potential Profit per pair: $70-$140

In a subtly disruptive design, the Dunk is given a futuristic upgrade on the classic silhouette.

You’ll have 4 different options of colorways: Black/White, Photon Dust (White), Game Royal, and Gym Red.

Although all will have solid value on the after market, we suggest you go for the Game Royal for the biggest bucks.

5. Nike SB Dunk High Kevin Perez “Doraemon” – Release Date: Saturday, September 5th 2020 (TBC)

Retail: $125

Peak Projected Resale: $500

Potential Profit per pair: $375

It’s definitely the month of Dunk Highs in September, and the numbers are looking good.

Japanese manga series Doraemon combining in clean colors with the dunk high is a sure formula for huge resale.

Early prices on StockX are pushing up to $1000 per pair, so get on these, any size should do!

6. Yeezy Slides Core + Soot – Release Date: Friday, September 4th 2020

Retail: $55

Peak Projected Resale: $200

Potential Profit per pair: $145

Love them or hate them, Ye’s slides have been more of a hit than expected.

If anything, the comfort of these things are otherworldly–definitely able to give Crocs a run off.

The Core and Soot colorways ring in the Autumn season nicely and are OG Yeezy SZN earth tones, so buying these will take a combo of luck and skill as stock is limited.

7. CPFM x Nike Air Force 1: Release date – Thursday, September 10th

Retail: $130

Peak Projected Resale: $400

Potential Profit per pair: $270

CPFM collaborated with Nike during 2019, creating a unique Vapormax shoe and also releasing a customisable Nike By You Air Force 1. This time around, they are re-releasing the two most purchased custom colour combinations once again to the public. These will certainly perform well resell-wise, as last time people were paying a lot of money for the originals.

8. Nike Air Jordan Retro 4 Paris Saint-Germain (PSG): Release date- Tuesday, September 15th

Retail: $225

Peak Projected Resale: $350

Potential Profit per pair: $125

For the Americans who don’t know what it is, Paris Saint-Germain is a football (soccer) club in Paris that has a posh history with the NIke brand, from clothing to friends and family Jordan collabs, some of which still go for thousands.

This time around, the royal colors adorn the Retro 4, with tasteful additions like the PANAME tag to signal to those who know what they are.

If you’re hoping to flip these, either do it fast and with a smaller size if you can, or hold on to it for the long run as these could dip for some time.

9. Jordan 3 Fragment: Release date – Thursday, Sept 17th

stockx 4

Retail: $200

Peak Projected Resale: $750

Potential Profit per pair: $550

This unique Jordan 3 is the follow up to one of the best Jordan 1 models we have seen in a long time, made by Japanese brand Fragment. Although the 3 isn’t the most popular Jordan model, this colourway and hype brought from Fragment means it will certainly be a hit. Most stores are doing raffles, with very few FCFS opportunities apart from the SNKRS app. The bigger sizes will do better.

10. Yeezy Boost 350 v2 Asriel: Release date – Saturday, Sept 19th

Retail: $220

Peak Projected Resale: $320

Potential Profit per pair: $100

Another very lucretive yeezy drop, after the 700 v3 drop last month, it seems like the Yeezy hype train is back in force once again. Even with the loss of Jon Wexler, long standing Yeezy GM to Shopify, the Yeezy brand is 100% certain to keep growing this year and beyond.

This black, gray and white yeezy is quite similar to the Zyons we saw earlier in the year, however, in my opinion, I expect these to outperform Zyons in the bigger sizes. Smaller sizes such as 4-6.5 will still be the best however

11. Nike Dunk High Michigan: Release date- Wednesday, Sept 26th

Retail: $120

Peak Projected Resale: $250

Potential Profit per pair: $130

Another limited SB to drop for September but in the more coveted high top version is a bold and classic Michigan colorway.

Resale prices from the 2016 release on StockX

The last time we saw these in 2016, resale prices held up to $400 per pair.

Since this is a re-release, we won’t see quite the same price as the last gen drop but we will see solid numbers as the stock is limited and the hype is high.

12. PEACEMINUSONE x Nike Air Force 1 Para-Noise 2.0 – Release date: TBA September 2020

On feet look from @yankeekicks

Retail: $200

Peak Projected Resale: $400

Potential Profit per pair: $200

The Air Force 1 Low is an absolute classic , so being able to pull off a pretty dramatic splash on the palate is no joke.

G-Dragon’s PEACEMINUSONE gets this feat done remarkably well, this time around in a clean all wa whophite version.

Last year’s black version still goes for a good premium so we expect this one to do very well.
